The room is not very well lit or very clean either, but the smell here is
nearly unbearable.  The foul stench, a mixture of rotting meat and other
horrible smells, is almost overpowering.  The room alone is nothing of any
special interest save the strange hole in the floor.  Strange sounds and
even stronger smells drift in from below.  
A large gaseous cloud is floating here.
An ugly looking orc soldier looks at you with disgust.
