Description:
Shape shifting allows the user to change shape into a NPC. The level of the NPC must be less or equal to the shifter's level, and the NPC must be alive and currently be instantiated. A shifter may use the entire NPC name, without quotation marks, to specify a specific NPC. How trained the skill is affects the success rate of the shift attempt. The level of the shifter affects the duration of the shift.
