This spell fully illuminates a room, in all sense. All works of deceit are passively prohibited within the room, as is all darkness and sneakiness. Aside from lighting a room, this spell will dispel dizzies. Additionally, anyone shifted or sneaking will lose the effect after a few seconds in the room. Hiding, sneaking and shapeshifting can not be initiated while in the room.
