Maldire (1) Chattering skull tavern is at 804,767 ...
(2) Attempting to enter (with Dyalot) throws me back out with the following:

Within the Chattering Skull Tavern - - NE

WARNING: You are in a CHAOTIC PLAYER KILLING room. - S -
Visible Exits: S W Ne

The pirate faction the Congress of Blood are world-renowned for their
greed, ruthlessness and tactics, a dangerous combination that have caused
them to be one of the most deadly and successful raiding parties in Alyrian
history. Having grown rich under the leadership of Captain Mestotik, it
appears that they have invested a small portion of their communal earnings
in a hideout, far away from their typical swamping grounds. Being difficult
to find is a good defense against competitors and royal pirate hunters, but
it's certainly not reliable what other dangers might lurk around this
obscure hideout?
A bronze head with wide eyes is mounted above the doorway.
A bronze head affixed to the the entryway glares at you.
A bronze head affixed to the the entryway says to you, 'Hey, you're not Beltane Altaar... err.. you're not even a pirate! you're not supposed to be here!'
A bronze head affixed to the the entryway shrieks at you so loudly your eardrums nearly burst, 'INTRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDER!'
You stumble out in pain.
