The infamous flying guillotine was once the most feared weapon in the
Underworld, the elite weapon of choice for assassins. It consists of a
chain connected to an helm, with a ring around the bottom, towards the neck.
Inside the ring is a line of razor-sharp blades, to be pulled taunt once the
helm is thrown onto the victim's head. Upon landing, the chain would be
pulled, constricting the blade, which decapitates the victim. Once the
guillotine has done its work, the blades spring back into place, dropping
the head, and returns to its master. Last owned by the nefarious Unruh,
this strange contraption has been infused with some kind of protective
magic.
