NPC: Unruh, the Demonic
Long Desc: You see a frighteningly malformed creature, part man and part snake.

Unruh is the strangest of creatures, his upper body is that of a
well-formed human male.  While instead of legs, he has the large sweeping
tail of a giant snake.  He has scale-like ridges all over his skin radiating
from his waist up.  His hands burn and glow brightly with intense heat of
the underworld.  In the place of hair, he only has streaks of flame shooting
outwards in all directions.  His eyes, although black, also burns with the
intensity of red hot coals.
He is a yuan-ti approximately 5'6" tall.
