Description:

This spell allows a player/mobile to have up to four attacks when combined with the skills second attack and third attack. It gives the player/mobile added accuracy but it slows down the regeneration rate of hit points and stamina. Halflings racially have a non-dispelable version of this spell which adds no accuracy nor does it hinder overall regeneration.
