Long Desc: A mage of unknown repute is here, studying the art.

With his blue robes in absolute disarray, this wizard certainly does not
inspire fear.  However, the stereotypical mage has never been known to be
physically daunting.  As he looks up from his book to observe your
intrusion, he threateningly taps his fingers on the table, and arcs of
electricity jumps from fingertip to fingertip.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
