Dressed in long flowing blue robes, Otto paces slowly back and forth.  An
air of absentminded genius surrounds the man.  Listen carefully, because he
can teach you many things to help you in the world of spells and magic.
Otto has been recognized as one of the great administrators to magical
education in all the land.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
