Description:
This two second spell can be cast on a weapon with no other attributes or magical resistance or on a player/mobile target. It will slow down regeneration or even damage the player/mobile depending on the level contrast. It will lower the strength as well as the agility of the target. A fun example of this spell would be poisoning the fountain by the illusionist in New Rigel.
