Jacquard is the Magic Trainer for the Towne of Rune; his duty is to
assist new adventurers in development of their magical skills.  Though he
seems to be a thin, delicate man, he moves with purpose and grace.  A
scarred leather belt around his waist has several worn cloth bags attached
to it.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
