Description:

A unique spell. This is only one of two light damage spell available to PCs (the other being shadow light). It has a chance to blind that seems to be dependent upon the difference in level between caster and target. Actually quite useful against faeries, and if it weren't for the gem reagent cost, very useful in PG.
