NPC: A water dragon
Long Desc: A large water dragon guards the way here.

This massive dragon has a very thick hide.  It guards the creatures of
the area, and has special powers over them.  Unlike normal dragons, this one
has large scales like a fish, and has fins on the end of the tail and wings.
It also breathes some kind of water attack instead of fire.
It is a dragon approximately 10'1" tall.
