Lady Undya [The Towne of Xaventry] is the master in charge of this quest.
Oftentimes we, the ruling parties of Alyria, use carrier birds to send
messages to each other when no other can be trusted with the information.
This All Spirits' Eve has seen an increasing amount of hostile activity,
however, and our birds seem to have become targets. The flow of information
is crucial now, more than ever. In our search for a more fearsome
messenger, able to defend themselves, we are hoping to recruit dragons. We
would like you to contact some of them, young and old, and enlist what aid
you can, be it from the dragons themselves or their offspring. We know that
the attacks are made by witch summonings... And these witches, we believe,
reside within the Proving Grounds. Try to determine if Baron Bloodbane
himself is involved, but regardless, we must send the witches a message.
They must be shown that they cannot interfere in the greater world.
