NPC: The crystal dragon
Long Desc: A beautiful dragon made of the purest crystal greets you.

The crystal dragons are said to be one of the most friendly dragons.  At
birth, crystal dragons have glossy white scales.  As the dragons age, their
scales become translucent.  Moonlight and starlight cause their scales to
luminesce, while bright sunlight sends them into a dazzling brilliance which
makes them nearly unbearable to look directly at.
It is a dragon approximately 10'1" tall.
