NPC: An ice witch
Long Desc: An ice witch storms about the frozen dungeons in a fury.

A beautiful fey woman is here, storming about the room angrily.  Her hair
is silvery-white, clearly her natural hair color, not a color due to age.
Her skin is as pale as new-fallen snow.  Her features could almost be
considered delicate, if her face wasnt twisted in anger, and for her
midnight black eyes.  Those black eyes reveal a soul as strong and cold as
ice.  Crossing this witch while she is in a bad moon wouldnt be wise...  And
she clearly is not in a good mood right now.
She is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
