Long Desc: A wizened old man sits on the throne ranting and raving.

Years and years of close relationship with massive magical powers has
warped the poor old man's brains...  Once a wise ruler now he is nothing but
a mad overlord.  The man himself stares about with crazed eyes and continues
to rant about things that he has created (in his mad little world).  Even in
this maddened state he is a formible foe...  His magical prowess is
unequaled and he was also a renowned warrior...  Be careful.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
