This quest [32180] is called 'Psionic Disruption',
for Adventurers levels 20 to 250.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
A PSIONIC can easily prey on the weak minded. PSIONICS can cause
their opponents to lose the ability to see with their eyes and make them
forget previously known information. Other mages fear the PSIONIC
because of this ability. It is quite easy to defeat one who relies on magic
if they cannot read their spellbook or remember how to cast spells. Visit
Arianus and discuss with him this fear. He can teach you how to cast
'MEMORY DRAIN.' Then head to the guildmaster in Vospire. There you can
learn how to cast 'MENTAL DISRUPTION' on your enemies. This will allow
you to interfer with thier understanding of printed spells. After you feel
comfortable casting this spell, head to Rune. There, learn from Jacquard
how to cast the spell 'DISRUPT SIGHT.' This spell will trick your
opponent into thinking that they cannot see. Finally, test out one of your
new spells by blinding an unsuspecting resident of Rune.
