Description:
Dracon only skill. It will breath frost out onto your opponent (and their formation) with a chance of fragging items and of causing the 'frost' effect, accompanied by a small lag. An area-effect attack, it takes both stamina and spell points. The breath attacks are considered very useful in first and second class leveling, but high level dracons often find other alternatives to be more useful.
