Description:

This is the druid version of web. It checks against saving-paralysis for success, not saving-spells, and if it lands, always lands at full duration (unlike web or mesmerize that can land at half-duration.) Like web it negates the ability of a victim (NPC or PC) to flee, hide, snare, or throw. It has a chance to 'filter' spells, bash, and bard songs. Earth evocation starts combat.
