This is the exquisite library of Otto the trainer.  Otto has travelled to
the far reaches of the world to gather all sorts of ancient manuscripts and
spellbooks for his collection.  There is a musty odor in the air that adds
to the authenticity of the library as a true place of research.  Spending
some time with Otto will surely help you learn more about magic.
