"Solve the mystery of an abandoned clan hall near Sigil." Defeat the first mate. Need the salt hidden in the northeast room(very low pop/reboot), after obtaining this hold it and an NPC will appear, join your formation. Take him to the south room and he will go on about his master. Find the Padre of Dira in Sigil, sayto him the phrase that the imp gave you earlier. He will then be at the south gate of Sigil. Have somebody cast nexus from there to just outside Armageddon's hall. Sayto the padre the portal is mine, he will then enter the portal. Do the same, he will ask who has brought him here, sayto him that you have and he will join your formation. Take him to the south room and after about 5 real life minutes he will animate the corpse which will join your party. Take him in and out of the west room to scare off the NPC's and you will be able to go down. Be careful as the first person to go down upon the First Mate spawning will be backstabbed, also do not use the Say command in this room. Formation talk or you will be backstabbed. Having somebody to mix calm herbs will be almost a must. The First Mate is immune to slash, resistant to pierce. The final blow must be from a weapon so be sure to remove your donation gloves if applicable. The First Mate does a bit of damage but when he brings the parrot out is when it gets annoying. Calm, regroup and kill the parrot as soon as you can. At least 2 or 3 decent second classers will be able to do this without much problem, just be aware that when he backstabs it does a good bit of damage.
