Barbarity 91 –241 Arcane Archipelago
"Search out and assist a quite elderly barbarian, hidden away in Arcane."

Requirements: Must be, or once have been, a barbarian.

Visit 'An Empty Tavern' in Heresy Harbor in the Arcane Archipelago. You can track 'barkeep' to find it. If there is an 'undead barbarian' in the tavern, it has reset and is doable. The undead barbarian has a low percentage chance of triggering when the player enters the room, so spam in and out until he begins speaking to you.

'Ho, Tejon.' an undead barbarian says to you. 'You're built like a barbarian, a strong one.'
'Are you a mercenary, by chance?' an undead barbarian asks you.

Sayto barbarian 'yes' and he will continue.

An undead barbarian says to you, 'I am damned to wander the planet until my death is avenged, and every fellow traveler, warrior and merc that I knew is long dead; I am the last of my generation.'
'I cannot avenge myself, nor am I capable of even haunting my killer, I am afraid.' an undead barbarian says to you. 'I have contented myself with drinking here for the past decades since I stumbled upon the harbor, but I long for death.'
'Unfortunately, I am a poor soul, and cannot hire the living to do this for me.' an undead barbarian says to you. 'I beseech you, as a barbarian yourself, as a sympathetic individual, to stay thy coinpurse this one time, and do a fellow warrior the favor of a restful death.'
'I do not wish for my nemesis to gain knowledge of this, you must understand.' an undead barbarian says to you. 'If you would do me this kindness, just nod.'

Nod to him.

You nod at an undead barbarian.
An undead barbarian looks about furtively.
An undead barbarian says to you, 'If you could bring me a bloody body part of a XXXXX, from YYYYY, I would be freed from this hellish burden, and forever in your debt, literally.'

He will give a real NPC name and location in place of XXXXX and YYYYY. You must now go kill that NPC and return with the severed arm/leg/tail quickly. Seems like about a 10 real life minute timer.

From within the tavern, there are no signs of life.  The only sound to be
heard is wind howling through the street south of here.  A skeletal patron
lies slumped across a table, by the size of ale in its hand, it was
obviously this person died happily in its mug.
An undead barkeep is here leaning against the bar.
An undead man in a loincloth sits at the bar, nursing a Red Death.
