  You are standing before the tall structure that is home to Dira, the
element of air.  The entire structure has giant ceramic pillars reaching up
to its second floor.  Just to the west of here is another large building
that serves as the shrine for the local followers.  Although the shrine is
not as impressive as the larger temple, it does serve an important need for
community prayer and meditation.  Both buildings are mostly constructed of
hardened clay.

  This is the shrine of Dira where followers of Dira go to worship in
community with one another.  This place is very simply build out of ceramic
stone and houses nothing but a room full of carpets and pillows.  The
preaching of Dira is generally done through the mind, so the need for pews
and a podium to lecture from is not neccesary.
