"Find a boisterous ogre who wishes to play a game."

Beat Throwfar at a game of rabbit toss.

First, you need to be able to communicate with the ogres. You need a "a dragon's tooth on a necklace".

Method 1: Acquire both placke and hitea seeds from Thelma's Plant in New Rigel and take them to Pelunia in Ogre Village. She will give you a pinecone for each. Plant these in the quiet glade and wait for the trees to grow. With enhanced strength, push the trees to obtain 2 pine branches.

Method 2: Outside Ogre Village, look around in the forest for two willow branches.

Travel to the fire pit across the river and place both braches into the fire to obtain a dragon tooth necklace. With this necklace on you can speak to the Ogres.

Now find Throwfar and say to him 'challenge.' Each game costs 10k and is randomized based on your strength and luck score. Win all 3 throws in the game to gain the mark.

Note: Having the spell enhanced strength may help improve your chances.

  Between two immense ogre huts grows little life.  The ground is firm and
hard packed from much traffic as ogres spend much of their time wandering
about the village playing games to pass the time.  A few bits of grass line
(Red Aura) A burly ogre is here, flexing his enormous arms and looking around for a rabbit.

Recognized as the village rabbit toss title holder, this burly ogre has
the arms of a champion.  His technique is simple, throw the rabbit as hard
as he can and let the feet fall where they may.  His favorite pastime, other
than tossing bunnies, is teasing other ogres for their lack of skill in the
popular game.  Envied by all but Bentnose for his athletic prowess, this
proud fellow has an eye for the ogre Sugarbottom, and can often be seen
following her around the village, flexing his enormous biceps.  
He is an ogre approximately 7'1" tall.
Throwfar is in good health.

  This is where many of the ogres from the village come to play the game of
Rabbit Toss.  A large tree to the west is the target height where ogres
would launch the rabbits up over the tree then go for distance beyond it.
It is not surprising that the hut to the east is the home of the ogre
Throwfar who is known to be the best ogre at this game.  There is a crude
line drawn on the ground by formations of small boulders laid out in a long
row.  
A burly ogre is here, flexing his enormous arms and looking around for a rabbit.
'Ah Competition!' Throwfar exclaims to you. 'If Amberle want play real match with Throwfar give Throwfar 10000 gold and if Amberle win in three match will get reward!'
Throwfar grins evilly.  This is getting scary!
