  This room has no floor, walls or ceiling.  The ground leers up from
below, and back to the west is the solid ground of the village's main
street.  What the room does have, however, is a shimmering cloud of motes
that apparently form something tangible and solid enough to stand on.  The
cloud isn't flat, but the ground base itself is perfectly so.  Probably not
too offputting for the birds, but for a groundcrawler, it's horrifying.

'Bacaw!' Jeria exclaims. 'The missing fragments of old Risyth's stars! And cursed too, caw! Would you like me to remove them, awk, for you?'

With precise, adept strikes, Jeria separates the jumble of fragments, and they reform themselves into two tiny spheres.
'Here is yours, Sharkira.' Jeria says. 'Fine work, you would make the old wizard proud, eh!'
For reassembling an old wizard's heirloom, the Powers have granted thee a Mark.

  You are standing in the library of the Order of the Malachite Golem.  The
ground is littered with many books and manuscripts and on the walls are
shelves, upon which are hundreds of ancient tomes.  Layers of dust cover the
tops of the old tome.  You can make out finger prints in the dust on the
books handled more recently, one of which is, "Spellcasting for the Unlucky,
by Ms Ing Partz".  
The guild master is here, reading an ancient tome.

  You are standing at the edge of a tree and the floor of Rune forest lies
several feet down.  A part of your mind starts to imagine your skeletal
frame breaking up into hundreds of pieces and the bones piercing right
through your heart and lungs should you fall from this height.  Beneath you,
a small platform is held in place by tree vines and you can see the
beginnnings of fungii along the side.  Bottles of different colours and
sizes dangle from the branches, while crates filled with stacks of scrolls
rest on the platform waiting to be rummaged.
