NPC: A sand turtle
Long Desc: A little sand turtle is hiding from the mid-day sun here.

This species of turtle is rather large and has thicker skin than other
turtles.  It has a light brown color on its shell, and a greenish colored
skin.  It has large claws on each foot and is very powerful.  During the day
most turtles try to stay in their shell.
He is a reptile approximately 3'6" tall.
