Long Desc: A slender, older man is here, turning the handle of a hurdy gurdy.

The old elf gives you a soft smile as the music swells around you.  He
slowly cranks the handle of an antique hurdy gurdy, producing a sweet
melody.  As a street performer, the music man is dressed conservatively in
browns and dark reds; unlike other street performers you have seen.  His
clothes are also clean and well mended.
He is a elf approximately 4'9" tall.
