NPC: A castle janitor
Long Desc: A castle janitor is mopping the floors and dusting the statues here.

This janitor spends all day cleaning the floors of the castle and making
sure that there is no dust or dirt on any of the sculptures, statues, or
paintings.  He is wearing a leather outfit and he has a small cotton hat on
top of his head.  He looks up from his work when you look at him and he
gives you a nice smile and then returns to his work.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
