NPC: An elven castle guest
Long Desc: An elven guest tours the castle taking in the sights.

This elf has wandered into the castle and is taking one of the castle
tours.  They are from the dense woods far to the north of Templeton and have
come to town to see the many sights and sounds that this town can offer.
Although elves usually prefer a more solitary existence with nature,
sometimes they are known to come into the cities and it seems that Templeton
has attracted a rather large population of them.
She is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.

This mob is required by the following quests:
- Salmon Mousse (75-150) from Lady Templeton.
- Overpopulated! (90-120) from Lady Templeton.
