NPC: A scholar of magic
Long Desc: A scholar is here going over some texts learning as much as he can.

This scholar is a small skinny man who is a braniac.  He sits in this
study all day reading long textbooks trying to gain as much knowledge as
possible.  Many think that he is a close relative of the Templeton family
and is trying to learn magic so as to resurrect Lord Templeton from the
grave.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
