Long Desc: A castle advisor is here thinking of what is best for the town.

This advisor is wearing a wonderful robe adorned with gold braids and the
crest of Templeton.  His hat is made from red satin and he has silk gloves.
All his clothing is a wonderful shade of red, even down to his pointed cloth
shoes and red leotards.  He is a strange looking man, but he seems to know
what he is doing.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'1" tall.
