A prisoner of the city of Templeton is shackled up to the wall here.  He
is a fey who was convicted of murder and is sentenced to life in the dungeon
of the castle.  He is a shaggy character who is not very clean and has a
very glum look to him.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
