NPC: The alchemist's faithful servant
Long Desc: This faithful servant readies all for his master's comfort.

Standing here with a harried look on his face, the faithful servant of
the alchemist attempts to prepare everything so his master can rest in
comfort when he takes a break from his work.  Rushing about the room putting
various items away, smoothing wrinkles, and straightening up anything out of
place, he is clearly devoted to the alchemist.  This is not very surprising
since he has been with the alchemist for almost fifty years now.  Given the
alchemist's temper, he must be devoted indeed!
He is a hobbit approximately 3'5" tall.
