NPC: A grumpy cook
Long Desc: A cook is making meals for the sailors.

The cook is wearing a simple white uniform and a tall white hat.  He is
slaving over a hot stove cooking for the pirates.  He is a rather grumpy
individual from what you can gather by observing him.  He looks around with
utter disgust at everyone who barks an order at him.  You decide that this
man will crack under stress at any moment, making the countless kitchen
utensils very dangerous.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
