This part of the ships galley is where the cooks prepare the meals for
the Captain and his officers.  The cooks also use this area to finish the
preparations for the crew's meals.  On the southern wall, is a securely
locked wine cabinet, containing the Captain's favorite wines.  Above that is
a dumbwaiter that the cooks use to lift the Captain's and his officers'
meals to the Officer's Mess.  In the corner is a small ladder that leads up
to the Officer's Mess.  The rest of the galley is to the north, and there is
a hatch to the Crew's Mess to the west.
