NPC: The shopkeeper
Long Desc: A shopkeeper is selling instruments of all kinds here.

This music shop owner is a small man who has been busy crafting musical
instruments all day long.  He is a goofy-looking man and has a very long and
pointed nose on which sits a pair of strange glasses.  His eyes are very
round and his ears are a pale shade of red.  His hair is quite peculiar, a
mix of bright red and orange strands unlike any you have ever seen.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
