NPC: A fly
Long Desc: A fly is sitting on the ground here.

You see a revolting pest with very thin wings and a body black as
charcoal.  It often preens its wings to maintain its ability to fly and uses
its proboscis to taste things before deciding to eat them.  Responsible for
spreading disease, it is currently looking for a good carcass to lay its
eggs in and is considered a health hazard by the locals.
It is a insect approximately 1'7" tall.
