NPC: A ghost
Long Desc: A ghost of a dead sailor is here.

You sense a strange force in the vicinity as a faint outline of something
appears directly in front of you.  It looks like the spiritual form of a
long dead human and you make out a young man of tall stature.  There is a
big gash across the stomach which seems to have been caused by a cannon ball
bursting through.  It seems like he is damned to haunt the living for
eternity.
It is a ghost approximately 5'7" tall.
