NPC: A scavenger
Long Desc: A small rodent-like creature is scavenging for food here.

This small creature is a cross between a large rat and a small dog.  It
looks for food everywhere it can, and generally is a big pain.  People that
have traveled to far away lands describe this animal as a giant pack rat
disguised as a dog.
He is a rodent approximately 1'5" tall.
