NPC: An evil morkoth
Long Desc: An evil morkoth rests under the pier, awaiting his next victims.

A slimy tentacle slides up over the pier, reaching for the legs of unwary
travelers.  The evil morkoth floats ominously in the dark waters, tentacles
waving slowly keeping it in an attack position directly under the pier.  A
black inky fluid suddenly squirts out into the waters as the morkoth pulls
the traveler under the pier and wraps him tightly in his tentacles.
It is a unique approximately 4'8" tall.
