You have come to an abandoned pier on the underground river. 
Unfortunately, due to age and neglect, the pier and the boats are infected
with dry rot, and it is very hazardous to traverse them.  Rocks fall down
from above, and there is an eerie feel to this place.  You think you see
movement in the water under the pier..
An evil morkoth rests under the pier, awaiting his next victims.
