Long Desc: A dracon assembling a set of platemail on a stand asks you to wait in line.

Cheldean is one of the better blacksmiths in Vir, another fine
craftswoman from a long line of smiths.  Not many females make
their way into the trade, but she managed to pick up the trade
from her family and now continues the business.  The armor
she creates is no less than a work of art, so whatever you buy
from her is certain to be of high quality.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
