NPC: A ferocious piranha
Long Desc: A small razor-toothed fish circles in search of a meal.

A small silvery fish, the piranha should not be underestimated.  Though
small it is known to strip large animals to the bone in a few seconds when
in a school.  He is covered in smooth silvery scales and a short boney tail
fin.
It is a fish approximately 1'5" tall.
