NPC: A minotaur boy
Long Desc: A young minotaur runs around, making mischief.

With a sparkle in his eye, this young minotaur glances quickly from right
to left as if looking for something, or someone, special.  Dressed in a
short forest green robe and dark gold scarf pinned with an onyx cloak pin
inset with fire opals, he seems quite different from the other young
warriors in Tellerium.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'1" tall.
