NPC: Ferryman Uther
Long Desc: A short, grumpy-looking dwarf is directing the ship.

The dwarf is short and stocky, as are most dwarves, and is dressed in a
rather dull gray tunic and breeches.  A craggy, weather-lined and
sun-damaged forehead and a pair of glinting black eyes are all you can see
outside the vast bushy gray beard that covers the lower half of his face.
For all the disorder of the beard, however, four finely-combed moustaches
lightly drape across it, a sudden vanity in the midst of obvious
indifference.  You can't remember the last time you saw a dwarf sailing a
ship, but there's a first time for everything, it seems.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'7" tall.
