An Enforcer is a specially-trained militaristic hunter who is often
employed by harried Lords to keep the more aggressive elements of their
societies in line and out of the path of the innocent.  Enforcers are
typically dispatched as a last resort, when the Lord's normal guards have
failed.  Due to their amount of training, Enforcers are paid well, but they
have been known to respond to bribes, if the price is high enough.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
