You are looking at the fabled Alpheus Winterborn, the wizard lord of this
mansion.  Alpheus is an extremely experienced magician who specializes in
alchemy.  He is a tall, slender man and his face is sunken in as if he
hasn't eaten in weeks.  As you glance around and see all the strange mutant
creatures he has created, you begin to question his sanity.  Alpheus is
wandering around the room with a worried look upon his face.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
