NPC: An incensed water weird
Long Desc: A creeping watery beast skulks about here, snarling and fuming at you.

A mentally-adept freak of nature, water weirds are usually antisocial,
but this one seems very muchso.  It glares at you with its deep blue eyes,
eyes that fade and glimmer in time with its deep exhalations, as it breathes
real air.  It mutters long, octosyllabic words beneath its stuttering breath
as it stands here, irate at being forced above its usual, watery domain.
These creatures are quite odd, naturally, and because they usually prefer
solitary lives, they can become very adept at certain areas, savants in
specialized fields.  This one not only looks like a master of the mind, but
a lethal combatant, with its long palladium pike.
It is a water weird approximately 25'0" tall.
