NPC: A merchant
Long Desc: A merchant is here, organizing his items.

You see before you a merchant.  While organizing his items he strolls
about whistling a tune.  He is dressed rather neatly and bears the look of a
successful man.  He spreads his wares as you approach, pointing out his
personal favorites.  He seems to follow you as you walk about, throwing in a
tip or two of why his item will bring you the best results.  The merchants
in Vospire, however annoying, are effective in their cause.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
